How to Apply & Instructions:

1. One-Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory for all UPSC exams. Candidates who have not completed OTR must do so before applying, as the application will not be accepted without it.

4. Upload the necessary scanned documents, such as photo, signature, and ID proof.
