Southern Railway and Integral Coach Factory (ICF) invite applications from eligible Indian citizens who are active members of Bharat Scouts & Guides for recruitment against Scouts & Guides quota for the year 2025-26. A total of 14 posts in Level-1 under 7th CPC Pay Matrix are available (12 posts across Southern Railway divisions and 2 posts in ICF). Candidates must fulfill specific Scouts & Guides qualifications along with minimum educational eligibility of 10th pass / ITI / NAC. Selection will be based on a Written Test (60 marks) and assessment of certificates (40 marks). Applications are accepted online only.

President’s Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger or Himalayan Wood Badge Holder.
Active member of a Scouts organization for the last 5 years.
Attended at least 2 National / All Indian Railway events and 2 State level events.
