Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE), Assam invites online applications for 108 Special Educator vacancies in Upper Primary (UP) Schools. These posts have been created in compliance with the Right to Education Act, 2009, and Supreme Court directives. The selected candidates will be appointed in Pay Band–2 (₹14,000 – ₹70,000 + GP ₹8,700) along with other admissible allowances as per Assam Service Rules. Applicants must be permanent residents of Assam and hold Graduate degree with 50% marks and B.Ed. (Special Education) recognized by RCI, along with ATET/CTET qualification for UP Schools. Applications are accepted only through DEE Assam’s official portal.

● Applications open from 28 August 2025 (10 AM) and close on 30 September 2025 (5 PM).
● Candidates must upload required documents in colour (HSLC, HSSLC, Degree, B.Ed., ATET/CTET, PRC of Assam, etc.).
● Applications will be verified using DigiLocker/Barcode/QR Code; physical verification may also be conducted.
● Ensure all uploaded documents are genuine; false information will result in cancellation and debarment from future Govt. jobs.
● A candidate can apply only once against one ATET/CTET Roll Number.
● Multiple applications with the same Roll Number will be rejected.
● Keep visiting the DEE Assam website for all updates; no individual communication will be given.
● Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
