Terms and Conditions:
1. Deputation Period: The time an officer can be on deputation, including any previous deputation in a similar or different post, should generally not exceed five years.
2. Age Limit: The maximum age for appointment on deputation should not be more than 56 years as of the application deadline.
3. Vacancies and Posting: The number of vacancies and posting locations can change. The selected officer will be assigned to whichever bench has a vacancy at the time of their selection.
4. Application Process: Eligible officials who are interested in the positions should submit their applications using the specified form (typed double-spaced) along with certified copies of their Annual Confidential Reports (ACR/APAR) for the last five years. These documents should be sent to the Principal Registrar of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, at the given address or email within one month from the date of the notice.
5. Vigilance Clearance: When sending the application, the department must include a certificate confirming that the applicant is clear from a vigilance perspective and that there are no ongoing or planned disciplinary actions against them.
6. No Withdrawal: Once an officer has applied for the position, they will not be allowed to withdraw their application later.
7. No Return of Documents: The office will not be able to return any of the documents submitted by the applicant or their parent department, regardless of whether the applicant is selected or not.
8. Incomplete Applications: Applications received after the deadline or missing essential documents like ACR/APAR, vigilance clearance, or official seals, will not be considered.
