🎓 Qualification

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree:
- Relevant field (e.g., Hindi, History, Political Science) with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST).
- Plus: Diploma/PG Diploma in Deen Dayal Upadhyay Studies.
Ph.D. or NET:
- Ph.D. in a relevant field with focus on Deen Dayal Upadhyay Studies, OR
- Cleared NET/SLET/SET in a relevant subject.

Research:

Publications: 10 peer-reviewed/UGC-CARE journal articles (8 on Deen Dayal Upadhyay Studies).
Research Score: 120 (UGC Appendix II, Table 2).

Experience:

10 years teaching at university/college level.
Successfully guided doctoral candidates

- Must fulfill essential criteria for Direct Recruitment for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor posts.
- Ph.D. not mandatory for direct recruitment of Assistant Professors (as per UGC Amendment Regulations, 2021).
Lien Vacancy:
- Appointments are valid until the lien is maintained by the incumbent.
- If the lien is extended, the vacancy period will also be extended.
- If the incumbent returns, the appointment against the lien vacancy will terminate immediately.
