Assistant General Manager (Grade C):
- Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in Corporate Finance/Corporate Credit/Retail Credit, with at least 4 years in corporate/retail finance roles involving large ticket size loans, credit sourcing, and appraisal. Additional qualifications such as JAIIB/CAIIB/MBA preferred.

Manager (Grade B):
- Educational Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in Corporate Finance/Corporate Credit, with at least 2 years in roles involving credit sourcing, appraisal of large loans, and credit administration. Additional qualifications such as JAIIB/CAIIB/MBA preferred.
