  • Send the completed form, fee, and self-attested copies of required documents by Registered/Speed Post to:
    Sr. Controller of Administration, CSIR-IIIM, Canal Road, Jammu, UT of J&K -180001.
  • Super scribe the envelope with “Application for the post of _____________”.
  • Last date: 31.01.2025.
• Important Notes:
  • Applications cannot be withdrawn; fees are non-refundable.
  • Employees of Government Departments must apply through the proper channel or submit an advance copy before the deadline.
  • Applications received late, incomplete, or without required documents will be rejected.

Documents to Attach:

1. Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque of ₹500/- (if applicable).
2. Recent passport-sized photograph, signed in full.
3. Self-attested photocopies of:
   • Date of Birth Certificate.
   • Educational qualifications/certificates.
   • Caste/Category Certificate.
   • Experience Certificate.
   • Discharge summary (Ex-Servicemen/Para-Military Personnel).
4. Filled Synopsis Sheet (Annexure-B).
