• Qualifications: MD/MS/DNB in the respective discipline.

6. Payment of Application Fee: Pay the application fee before applying and enter the transaction number in the application form.

   • Birth certificate/SSLC mark sheet
   • Medical degree certificates
   • Registration certificates
   • Category certificates (if applicable)
