JPSC Non Teaching Recruitment 2025 - Apply Online for 23 Posts

Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) invites online applications through Advt. No. 09/2025 for recruitment to various Non-Teaching posts in different State Universities of Jharkhand. The posts include Registrar, Finance Officer, Controller of Examinations, Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar, and University Deputy Director of Physical Education. Eligible candidates having the required qualifications and experience can apply online from 18 September 2025 to 08 October 2025. The selection will be based on academic merit, experience, document verification, and interview performance. Hard copies of the application form with self-attested documents must reach the JPSC office by 21 October 2025.

Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Govt. of Jharkhand rules.

🎓 Qualification

Registrar / Finance Officer / Controller of Examinations / Deputy Registrar: Master’s Degree with 55% marks + 5 years supervisory experience in Government/PSU/Autonomous/University/Educational Institution with knowledge of administration & university rules.
Assistant Registrar:
- Master’s Degree with 55% marks OR
- Olympic Games/World Cup/World Championship Medal Winner with at least a Post Graduation degree.
University Deputy Director of Physical Education: Ph.D. in Physical Education / Sports Science.
