INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLY

1. One Time Registration:
   Candidates must register through the Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) website (www.keralapsc.gov.in) before applying for the post.

2. Application Process:

   • Log in to your profile using your User-ID and password.
   • Click on the 'Apply Now' button for the respective post in the notification link.
   • Ensure that the name and date of the photograph taken are printed legibly at the bottom portion of the photograph.

3. Photograph Upload:

   • The uploaded photograph must meet all requirements and will be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading.
   • Candidates creating a new profile must upload a photograph taken within the last 6 months.

4. Multiple Profiles:

   • Candidates should refrain from creating multiple profiles, as non-compliance may lead to the forfeiture of their candidature.

5. Application Submission:

   • The application submitted is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission.
   • Candidates are advised to keep a printout or soft copy of the online application for future reference.

6. Document Verification:

   • Original documents proving qualification, age, and community must be produced as requested by the commission.

7. Experience Certificate:

   • Candidates must upload the experience certificate at the time of application submission.

8. Confirmation for Examination:

   • If a written/OMR/online test is conducted, candidates must confirm their participation through their profiles.
   • Admission tickets for the examination can be generated and downloaded in the last 15 days before the test date.

9. AADHAAR Card:

   • Candidates with an AADHAAR card should add it as an ID proof in their profile.

10. General Conditions:

• Candidates should familiarize themselves with the instructions provided in the notification as part II, including general conditions, before submitting their applications.
• Applications not submitted according to the terms and conditions are liable to be rejected.
