Required Documents:

APARs: Certified copies for the last 5 years (1.4.2018 to 31.3.2023), attested by an officer not below the rank of Dy. HOD on each page.
Availability Statement: Year-wise availability of APARs and grading, signed by Dy. Chairperson/Chairperson (as per Ministry's letter dated 1.2.2007). If an APAR is missing for any year, include a "No Report Certificate" for preceding years.
Educational and Experience Proof: Attested photocopies of all certificates and proof of educational qualifications, current and past work experience in the relevant post and pay scale.
No Objection Certificate: From the respective Port.
Candidature Undertaking: A statement that the candidature will not be withdrawn if selected by the Services Selection Committee.
Vigilance Clearance: Administrative clearance from the concerned Port (as per Annexure-II).
Photographs: Two passport-sized photos.
