Educational Qualification

To be eligible for the Jr. Clerk post, candidates must have:

• Passed the +2 Examination or an equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of computer skills.

For candidates with qualifications from outside Odisha:

• They must provide proof of equivalence from a recognized Board/Council/University in Odisha.
• They must also show the affiliation of their institution to a recognized Board/Council/University during document verification.

Failure to provide these documents will result in ineligibility for selection.

How to Apply

• Prerequisites:

  • Verified mobile number and email (via OTP)
  • Scanned AADHAR card (JPEG/JPG, 100 KB to 1MB)
  • Scanned recent passport-size photo (JPEG/JPG, 50 KB to 500 KB)
  • Scanned signature and thumb impression (JPEG/JPG, 20 KB to 200 KB)
  • Other documents (JPEG/JPG, 100 KB to 1MB)
  • Resize images using online tools if needed.

• Registration:

  • Visit the Odisha Police website and click on "Recruitment for Sepoy/Constable in Battalions."
  • Register, and receive an application number and password via SMS/Email.
  • Log in using the credentials and click "NEW REGISTRATION or SIGN IN."
  • Acknowledge the instructions and proceed.

• Application Steps:

  • Personal Details: Fill in personal information and address.
  • Qualification Details: Enter educational qualifications.
  • Document Upload: Upload photo, signature, and required documents.
  • Preview Form: Review all entered information.
  • Make corrections if necessary or submit the form by clicking the "Submit" button.

• Final Submission:

  • Once submitted, no edits are allowed unless otherwise stated.
  • Download and print a copy of the application for future reference.
