• Eligibility: Retired IRSSE officers at Level 13/12 or above (SG/JAG or higher) as per the 7th CPC CDA Pay Matrix.
• Experience: A minimum of 30 years in railway signaling, including planning, design, maintenance, construction, training, and tender estimation. Familiarity with EPC contracts related to signaling is required.
• Contract Duration: Initially for one year, with an option to extend based on necessity or until the candidate reaches 65 years of age.
• Compensation: A consolidated monthly payment equal to the Last Pay + DA minus the Pension (before commutation).
• Selection Process: Based on an interview. Vigilance clearance will be obtained from the previous employer.
• Medical Examination: Selected candidates must pass a health check-up to be considered medically fit for engagement.
