Qualification

1. At least II class M.Sc./M.Tech. in Geophysics from a recognised University.
2. Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.

How to apply and Instructions

• Online Application Process: Applicants must apply through the RPSC website (https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in) or the SSO portal (https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in). Select the Recruitment Portal in the Citizen Apps (G2C) section after logging in and complete the One Time Registration (OTR).

• OTR Requirements: First-time applicants must provide details like name, father's name, date of birth, gender, secondary/equivalent exam, and ID proof (Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter card, or driving license) along with uploading documents.

• Existing OTR Users: Those who have already registered can apply using their OTR number by logging into the SSO portal and selecting the Recruitment Portal.

• No Modifications in OTR Profile: After OTR registration, changes in details like name, father’s name, date of birth, gender, secondary exam details, and ID proof are not allowed. Ensure that your Aadhaar/Jan Aadhar/SSO details match your educational documents before registering.

• Aadhaar Verification: Before applying, check that your Aadhaar details (name, father’s name, date of birth, and gender) are correct, as they are auto-filled during OTR. Update any outdated information or photos (if over 3 years old) before applying to avoid discrepancies.

• Photo and Signature Requirements: Applicants must upload their live photo, signature, and left thumb impression during the online application. Preview and verify the live photo before submitting the form.

• Exam Day Requirements: Applicants must bring a dated recent photo to affix to the attendance sheet at the exam center. They will also be required to provide a thumb impression in the presence of the invigilator.

• Scribe Facility: Those requiring a scribe must select the relevant option in the application form; failing to do so will make them ineligible for the facility.

• Educational Qualifications/Experience: All qualifications and experience obtained before the application deadline must be clearly mentioned. Qualifications/experience acquired after the deadline will not be considered unless they are obtained after the application date.

• Application Number: After submitting the form, applicants must receive an Application Number. If not received, it means the form was not successfully submitted. A preview of the application does not count as submission.
