How to Apply & Instructions:

Eligible and interested candidates must attend a walk-in interview as per the specified schedule.

General Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

   • Candidates must be Indian nationals with qualifications recognized by the State/Central Government.
   • The minimum age for "Proficiency Trainee Nurse" is 18 years.

2. Required Documents:

   • Candidates must bring valid certificates related to educational qualifications, experience, caste/category, and date of birth.
   • OBC-NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) and EWS certificates must be valid for the financial year 2024-25 (issued after April 1, 2024).

3. Interview Details:

   • Candidates must attend the interview at their own cost.
   • The engagement is only for "Proficiency Training" and does not guarantee permanent employment at Durgapur Steel Plant (DSP).

4. Training and Stipend:

   • The training period lasts for 18 months, with a monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000 plus a Knowledge Enhancement Allowance based on attendance.

5. Authority and Discretion:

   • DSP has sole authority in admitting trainees and can reject applications or cancel the process at any stage without assigning a reason.
   • Bringing influence during the selection process will lead to disqualification.

6. Candidature Rejection:

   • Candidates may be disqualified if they provide false information or do not meet eligibility criteria.
   • Impersonation or any misconduct during the selection process may lead to legal action.

7. Vacancy Details:

   • The number of Proficiency Trainees needed is tentative, and DSP reserves the right to alter or cancel the recruitment without notice.

8. Legal Jurisdiction:

   • Any disputes will be handled in the court of jurisdiction at Durgapur, West Bengal.
