- Oversee research and investment teams

- Liaise with investment teams and research providers
- Ensure compliance and certifications
Zonal Head- Graduation from recognized institution- Minimum 15 years in wealth management, retail banking, or asset management
- 5+ years leading a large team in wealth management		- Manage wealth management sales in the zone
- Increase TRV and AUM
- Lead RM teams and ensure business targets		- Manage zonal sales for wealth management
- Lead RM teams to meet targets
- Acquire HNI clients

Regional Head- Graduation from recognized institution- Minimum 12 years in relationship management, preferably in wealth management

Central Research Team (Product Lead)- Post-graduation in economics/finance/business management or CA/CFA
- Preferred: NISM certifications, CFP		- Minimum 5 years in equity research or wealth management
- 8+ years preferred in equity/fixed income research and product analytics		- Work closely with Head of Product, Investment & Research
- Prepare product notes, market updates, and investment outlooks		- Analyze market trends, sectors, and equity
