Notes:

• Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications as specified for each department and specialization.
• Some departments also require NET / SLET / GSET or Ph.D., as per UGC norms.
• If suitable candidates are not found in a particular specialization, candidates from related fields may be considered after verification.

How to Apply & Instructions:

• • Print the Application:
    After submitting your application online, take a printout of the completed form.

  • Prepare Documents:
    Gather the following documents:

    • Two printed copies of the online application form.
    • Self-attested copies of relevant certificates, testimonials, and supporting documents (degree certificates, mark sheets, experience certificates, etc.).

  • Send by Post:

    • Put the printed application form and documents in an envelope.
    • Super-scribe the envelope with "Application for the post of Temporary Assistant Professor (TAP) in the Programme of [Department Name]".
    • Send the envelope via Speed Post or Registered A.D. to:
      • The Registrar, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Udhna-Magdalla Road, Surat-395007.

  • Deadline for Hard Copy Submission:
    The hard copy of the application must reach the Registrar's office by 16th November 2024. Late applications will be disregarded.

• Important Notes:

  • Separate Application for Each Post: If you are applying for multiple posts (departments), you must submit a separate application for each one.
  • Application for Employed Candidates: If you are already employed, you must apply through your current employer. If there is any delay in obtaining the No Objection Certificate (NOC), you can send an advance copy of your application by the due date.
  • Postal Delay: The university is not responsible for any postal delays.
