Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications/Instrumentation/Electronics & Communication/Industrial/Production Engineering with 60% marks and valid GATE Percentile of 85% (80% for SC/ST/OBC).

Emoluments:

• Stipend: Rs. 40,000 per month during the first year of training.
• Post-Training Salary: Rs. 59,000 to Rs. 79,000 per month (excluding training period).

Service Bond:

• Training Bond: Complete 5 years service.
• Reimbursement Bond: Rs. 3 lakh if leaving before bond period completion.

Contract Period:

• Fixed Term Contract for 5 years (including training), extendable based on performance and company requirements.
