Candidates studying in the final year of Engineeringdegreecourseshould be able to submit proof of passing Engineering Degree Examinationalongwithmarksheets of all semesters/years by 01 OCT 2025 and produce the EngineeringDegreeCertificate within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of trainingat Pre-Commissioning Training Academy (PCTA). Such candidates will beinductedonAdditional Bond Basis for recovery of the cost of training at Pre-CommissioningTraining Academy (PCTA) as notified from time to time as well as stipendandpay&allowances paid, in case they fail to produce the requisite degree certificate.

Registration & Dashboard:
- Complete the registration form.
- Click on ‘Apply Online’ under the Dashboard.
Application Form:
- Select ‘Short Service Commission Technical Course’ under Officers Selection – Eligibility and click ‘Apply’.
- Fill out the application form in segments:
  - Personal Information
  - Communication Details
  - Education Details
  - Previous SSB Details
- Click ‘Save & Continue’ after completing each segment.
Review & Submit:
- Verify all details in the ‘Summary of your information’ page.
- Edit, if needed, and click ‘Submit’ to finalize.
Application Copies:
- After final submission, wait 30 minutes and download two copies of the application with the Roll Number.
