Important Instruction

1. APARs/ACRs Requirement: Applicants must have an overall "Very Good" grading in the past five APARs/ACRs from 2018-19. Applicants should not exceed 58 years of age on the closing date of the application. Advance applications may be submitted directly, but a No Objection Certificate, Vigilance Clearance, and certified copies of APARs/ACRs must be provided at the interview.

2. Deputation Terms: Appointment as Finance Officer at BHU is on a deputation basis for three years, following Government of India rules. Officers may continue up to 62 years of age or three years, whichever is earlier, under contract terms.

3. Facilities: On-campus accommodation and medical facilities are available.

4. No Regularization: The incumbent will not have any legal right to claim regularization or further engagement after deputation.

5. Shortlisting: Meeting qualifications does not guarantee an interview. Only candidates with superior qualifications and relevant experience will be shortlisted for presentation and interview.

6. Interview Notification: Shortlisted candidates will be informed in advance about the interview’s date, time, and mode.

7. Travel Reimbursement: Outstation candidates will be reimbursed travel expenses (up to economy class airfare) for interviews, as per instructions in the call letter, upon ticket submission.

8. No Interim Correspondence: No interim correspondence will be entertained.

9. Canvassing: Any form of canvassing will lead to disqualification.

10. University Rights: The University reserves the right to reject applications without reason and to waive or relax conditions.

11. Positions: The number of positions may vary based on requirements.
