How to Apply & Instructions:

• Eligibility criteria available on CARA’s website: cara.wcd.gov.in.
• Eligible candidates must apply through proper channel with the following documents:
  • APAR dossiers for the last 5 years, duly attested.
  • If there is any gap in the APAR, provide preceding year(s).
  • Integrity Certificate.
  • Vigilance clearance (available on CARA/MWCD website).
• Deputation period: Initially 3 years, extendable by 2 years based on performance evaluation.
• Only candidates meeting the required qualifications/eligibility criteria should apply for Director (Prg.) post.
• Applications should be submitted well in advance to avoid rejection due to delay.
• Non-government officials/private candidates are not eligible to apply.
• Complete application (hard copy) must be sent to:
  • Member Secretary & CEO, CARA, West Block-8, Wing-II, 2nd Floor, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110066.
• Applications must reach within 60 days of advertisement in Employment News.
• Incomplete applications, emails, or late submissions will not be considered.
• CARA reserves the right to reject any applications and cancel the recruitment process. Vacancies may increase or decrease.
