• Essential Qualification:

  • Graduation with at least 60% marks from recognized institutions or higher qualification.

• Preferential Qualification:

  • Relevant work experience.
  • Degrees/Diplomas in Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality, Archaeology, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and Windows.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English.
  • Willingness to work in the field

Selection Process:

1. Screening of Applications:

   • Online application with a 500-word statement of purpose is required.
   • Applications will be screened for eligibility, duplicates, and completeness.

2. Evaluation:

   • Objective Scoring (50 marks): Based on educational qualifications, work experience, research work, awards, and special achievements.
   • Interview (25 marks): Assessment of personality, general knowledge, enthusiasm, and review of the statement of purpose.

3. Final Selection:

   • Top 25 candidates based on total marks will be selected. An additional 25 will be on a waiting list. Older candidates will be preferred in case of ties.

4. Training:

   • Selected candidates will undergo two weeks of training at the Kanshi Ram Institute of Tourism Management in Lucknow.
