CSIR IIIM Recruitment 2025 - Apply Online for 04 Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Stenographer Posts
The CSIR–Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (CSIR-IIIM), Jammu, has invited online applications for 04 regular vacancies of Junior Hindi Translator and Junior Stenographer. The institute, a constituent of the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) under the Ministry of Science & Technology, focuses on cutting-edge drug discovery from natural resources. Eligible candidates can apply online from 15 October 2025 to 13 November 2025 through the official website. Selection will be based on written examination and/or skill test, followed by document verification. Selected candidates will receive a salary in the Pay Level 4–6 (₹25,500–₹1,12,400) range plus applicable allowances as per 7th CPC.

🎓 Qualification
For Junior Hindi Translator (Post Code JHT-01):

Master’s degree in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or medium of exam at degree level.

OR Master’s in any subject with Hindi/English as medium and English/Hindi as compulsory/elective subject.

Plus: Diploma/Certificate in translation OR 2 years’ translation experience in Central/State Govt. offices.
Desirable:

Matric-level knowledge of a language from the 8th Schedule of the Constitution.

Degree/Diploma in translation.
For Junior Stenographer (Post Code JST-02):

10+2 (XII) or equivalent.

Proficiency in stenography as per DoPT norms.

Desirable: Knowledge of computer operations (MS Office).
