How to Apply & Instructions:

• Application Submission:

  • Applications of suitable and eligible officers, complete in all respects, in the prescribed format, along with required documents, must be forwarded to:
    ADG(E&C-II), Room No. 1121, DoT HQ, Sanchar Bhawan, 20 Ashoka Road, New Delhi-110001.

• Deadline:

  • The last date for receipt of applications is 6 weeks from the date of publication of the advertisement in Employment News.

• Verification and Certification:

  • Before forwarding applications, the Competent Authority must:
    • Certify that the information furnished by the applicants has been verified with their service records and found correct.
    • Countersign the application with the official seal.

• Rejection Criteria:

  • Applications will be summarily rejected if:
    • Received after the last date.
    • Not forwarded through the proper channel.
    • Missing prescribed documents.
    • Found incomplete in any other manner.
