Step 1 – Online Application

• Visit the official FACT website: www.fact.co.in

• Go to Careers → Job Openings → Recruitment Notification 08/2025

• Click on the Online Registration link

• Fill in all required details carefully in the Online Form

• Download the Application Form (available with the notification)

• Manually fill, affix recent photograph, sign, and scan it as PDF

• Upload the signed Application Form (PDF) in the prescribed place in the Online Form

• After verifying all entries, submit the Online Form

• Take a printout of the submitted form for your records

• Ensure online submission is completed before 4:00 PM on 15.11.2025

• Send the original signed Application Form (the same one uploaded) along with self-attested copies of the following documents:

  1. Proof of Date of Birth (Matric/School certificate)

  2. Educational Certificates & Mark Sheets (from Std. X onwards)

  3. COP/NAC issued by DGT/NCVT (if applicable)

  4. FACT Apprenticeship Training Certificate (if applicable)

  5. Relevant Experience Certificates (if any)

  6. Caste / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen Certificate (if applicable)

  7. Self-Declaration for OBC-NCL candidates (if applicable)

  8. Kerala State Domicile Certificate (for Post Codes 2 & 3)

  9. Aadhaar Card copy

• Place all documents in an envelope and superscribe it with:
  "Application for the post of (Post Name) – Ad.08/2025"

• Send the envelope by Speed Post/Registered Post to:

  DGM (HR), HR Department, FEDO Building, FACT, Udyogamandal, PIN – 683501

• Ensure the application reaches the above address on or before 21.11.2025
