- Cadre Controlling Authorities must forward complete applications of eligible and willing officers who can be relieved upon selection.

- Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format (Annexure-1) within 45 days of the vacancy advertisement's publication in the Employment News.
Requisite Enclosures:
1. Complete and up-to-date ACRs/APARs for the last five years (attested photocopies).
2. Integrity Certificate and Vigilance Clearance.
3. Details of major/minor penalties imposed in the last 10 years (state "None" if no penalties).
