QUALIFICATION:

• The applicant should be an Engineering Graduate/ Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant/ Post Graduate/ Graduate with MBA/ PGDIM from a leading institute

EXPERIENCE:

• The applicant should possess cumulative experience/ exposure for at least 5 years during the last 10 years in Finance / Business Development/ Production/ Operations/ Marketing / Project Management in a large organization of repute. Applicants with experience in Health Care Industry will have an added advantage.

• Application Submission Process:

  1. Group 'A' Central Govt. Officers (including Armed Forces and All India Services): Through Cadre Controlling Authority.
  2. Officers from Public Sector Banks, Financial Institutions, Autonomous Bodies: Through their Administrative Ministry/Department.
  3. CMDs/MDs/Functional Directors in CPSEs: Through the concerned Administrative Ministry.
  4. Below Board Level in CPSEs: Through the concerned CPSE.
  5. CMDs/MDs/Functional Directors in State PSEs: Through the concerned Administrative Secretary and Cadre Controlling Authority (if any) of the State Government.
  6. Private Sector Applicants: Direct submission to PESB.

• Private Sector Applicants: Must submit the following documents:

  1. Annual Reports of the current company for the last 3 financial years (provide URL or attach copies).
  2. Proof of company listing (provide URL or attach copies).
  3. Evidence of working at Board level.
  4. Self-attested copies of age and qualification documents.
  5. Relevant job details from past roles.
