Scale of Pay	- Fellow E: Pay Level 12 (VII CPC Pay Matrix). - Reader F: Pay Level 13 (VII CPC Pay Matrix).
Other Benefits	- Allowances as per Government of India and Department of Atomic Energy rules. - Residential accommodation on campus. - Healthcare benefits.
Tenure of Appointment	- Initial tenure: 5 years. - Decision for continuation made in the fourth year or earlier by Competent Authority.
Nature of Duties	- Engage in research work, supervise research scholars. - Participate in teaching and committees. - Perform other tasks as assigned.
Educational Qualifications	- Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree with research publications. - Physics: Astrophysics, Cosmology, Condensed Matter, High Energy, Quantum, String Theory. - Mathematics: Algebra, Analysis, Geometry, Number Theory, Probability, Topology.
Experience	- Fellow E: 3 years post-doctoral experience. - Reader F: 5 years post-doctoral experience OR equivalent research/teaching, with 3 years at Fellow E level.
Age Limit	- Fellow E: Max 35 years. - Reader F: Max 40 years.
