General/OBC candidates: Rs. 800/- (Rs. 500/- application fee + Rs. 300/- processing fee).
SC/ST/PH/Women candidates are exempt from the application fee, but must pay the Rs. 300/- processing fee.
The fee should be paid via Demand Draft drawn in favor of "Director, Institute of Wood Science and Technology," payable at Bengaluru.

Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per Government of India rules.
No age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates applying for unreserved posts.
