How to Apply & Instructions:

• Form Language: Fill the application form in English or Hindi as per Annexure-I format.

• Documents to Attach (Self-attested with name and date):

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Matriculation mark sheet and certificate (include CGPA/percentage formula)
  • Diploma/ITI mark sheets and certificate (with CGPA/percentage formula)
  • Latest category certificate for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS candidates
  • Relevant experience certificate
  • NOC (if currently employed in a government organization)
  • Two recent passport-size color photos (within the last three months, front portrait, light background, no headgear except for Sikhs)
  • Self-addressed envelope with Rs. 50/- postage stamp affixed

• Important Notes:

  • All documents must be dated on or before the application deadline (15 Dec 2024).
  • Reserved category applicants must submit certificates in the prescribed format (Annexure-II, III, IV).
  • Do not send original documents.
  • If NOC is unavailable for government employees, submit a valid age relaxation document or undertaking with the application. NOC must be presented at document verification.
