How to apply and Instructions

• Application Period:

  • Apply online from 12 Oct 2024, 10:00 a.m. to 02 Nov 2024, 05:00 p.m. at https://apply.iitjammu.ac.in.

• Documents Submission:

  • No hardcopy is required initially. Shortlisted candidates must bring the printout of the online application and self-attested certificates to the test/interview.

• Govt./PSU Employees:

  • Must submit NOC during the test/interview unless the application is sent through proper channel within 40 days.

• Application Confirmation:

  • Ensure your application number is listed on the IIT Jammu website after the last date. For discrepancies, contact staff.recruitment@iitjammu.ac.in within a week.

• Important Notes:

  • Incomplete applications will be rejected.
  • Keep a printout of your application for future reference.
  • Vacancies are provisional and may change.
  • Institute’s decision on eligibility and selection is final.
  • Appointment is subject to medical fitness.
  • IIT Jammu reserves the right to verify documents at any stage. Fake documents will lead to termination and legal action.
  • Separate applications are required for each post.
  • No canvassing allowed; it will result in disqualification.
