ITBP Group 'A' Medical Officer Recruitment 2024

Applications are invited from Indian citizens (male and female) for the positions of Super Specialist Medical Officers (Second-in-Command), Specialist Medical Officers (Deputy Commandant), and Medical Officers (Assistant Commandant) in the Central Armed Police Forces (BSF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB) and Assam Rifles under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Selected candidates will be governed by the relevant Acts and Rules and may be posted anywhere in India or abroad as needed. They will also be eligible for pension benefits under the 'New Restructured Defined Contributory Pension Scheme' for new entrants to Central Government Services, effective from 01.01.2004.

🎓 Qualification

Super Specialist Medical Officers	1. M.B.B.S. or equivalent 2. State Medical Register enrollment 3. Completed compulsory internship 4. PG Degree/Diploma in relevant specialty 5. DM/M.Ch. with 3 years' experience (Senior Residency included) 6. Permanent registration from MCI/NMC/State Medical Council
Specialist Medical Officers	1. Recognized allopathic qualification 2. Permanent registration from MCI/NMC/State Medical Council 3. Completed compulsory internship 4. PG Degree/Diploma in relevant specialty 5. 1.5 years' experience post-PG Degree or 2.5 years post-PG Diploma
Medical Officers	1. Recognized allopathic qualification 2. Permanent registration from MCI/NMC/State Medical Council 3. Completed compulsory internship (can apply during internship, must complete before appointment)
