Essential Qualifications/Skills and Experience	- Overseeing the construction activities of various existing and upcoming projects. - Overseeing routine maintenance, repair, and renovation work. - Preparation of tender documents and agreements related to new project/construction activities. - Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Competent Authority. - Minimum 2-3 years’ experience, preferably in a research institution/University in handling construction activities/civil/maintenance work in a reputed construction company.
