Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, National Investigation Agency, Upper Division Clerk, Stenographer Grade-II and Lower Division Clerk (Group 'C' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
