How to Apply & Instructions:

1. Eligibility and Qualifications: All advertised posts adhere to the Non-Teaching Recruitment Rules, 2019, as approved by NIT Mizoram.

2. Application Process:

   • Download the application form from the NIT Mizoram website (www.nitmz.ac.in) in A4 size.
   • Submit a completed application form with self-attested supporting documents via email to recruitmentnonteaching@nitmz.ac.in by 27.11.2024 (12:00 Midnight).

3. Application Fee:

   • ₹ 500 for General and OBC candidates.
   • ₹ 250 for SC/ST candidates.
   • Women and PWD candidates are exempt.
   • Fee must be paid online (details provided).

4. Document Requirements:

   • Ensure all educational qualifications and supporting documents are included.
   • Incomplete applications will be rejected.

5. Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 18 years old, with age proof as of the application deadline.

6. Government Employees: Candidates in government or public sector jobs should apply through the proper channel or provide a no-objection certificate.

7. Selection Process:

   • Shortlisting may occur if the number of applicants exceeds available posts.
   • No interviews will be held for Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts; selection will be based on a competitive written examination.

8. Certificate Requirements: Relevant certificates for SC/ST/OBC/PWD must be submitted in the prescribed formats.

9. Notifications:

   • Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email and on the NIT Mizoram website.
   • Candidates should check their emails and the website regularly for updates.

10. Joining Period: Selected candidates must join within one month of receiving their offer.

11. Jurisdiction: Legal disputes will be handled by the Hon’ble Guwahati High Court, Aizawl Bench.

12. Responsibility: The completeness of the application is the applicant's responsibility; NIT Mizoram is not liable for any delays or issues.
