Candidates retired from CPSEs with minimum appraisal rating of “Good” in the last 3(three) years prior to superannuation and free from Vigilance and criminal/disciplinary proceedings are eligible to apply. However, they should have maximum age not exceeding 63 years as on 30.09.2024.

Mining Professionals	- Degree/Diploma in Mining Engineering from a Recognized University/Institution - 1st Class Mines Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Restricted) under MMR 1961	- More than 5 years in a CPSE/reputed organization - Field experience of Iron ore & Manganese Mines	- Ability to work on MS-Office, E-mail, and Internet usage - Knowledge of statutory responsibilities and compliance of reports - Must have acted as Statutory Mines Manager	₹2,500 per day of attendance on regular working days
Accounts/Finance Professionals	- C.A (Inter) / ICWA (Inter) from a Recognized University/Institution	- More than 5 years in a CPSE/reputed organization	- Experience with Quarterly & Annual Accounts closing, GST, IT, and other statutory matters	₹2,000 per day of attendance on regular working days
