Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HR management, film production, and promotion.
• Develop and implement policies for HR and industrial relations.
• Manage production, distribution, and budgeting of film projects.
• Oversee film festivals and international promotions.
• Provide strategic direction and contribute to creative and business planning.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Age: Must have at least 2 years of service remaining before superannuation.
2. Employment Status: Regular employment in CPSE, Central Government, State Public Sector Enterprise, or Private Sector with an annual turnover of ₹1,000 crore or more.
3. Qualifications: Graduate with preference for degrees in Media, Mass Communication, or related fields. Postgraduate degrees in Personnel Management/HRM or MBA are desirable.
4. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in major events, festivals, film production, or distribution. Experience in HR/Personnel Management is advantageous.
