Key Responsibilities

Oversee HR management, film production, and promotion.
Develop and implement policies for HR and industrial relations.
Manage production, distribution, and budgeting of film projects.
Oversee film festivals and international promotions.
Provide strategic direction and contribute to creative and business planning.

Eligibility Criteria

Age: Must have at least 2 years of service remaining before superannuation.
Employment Status: Regular employment in CPSE, Central Government, State Public Sector Enterprise, or Private Sector with an annual turnover of ₹1,000 crore or more.
Qualifications: Graduate with preference for degrees in Media, Mass Communication, or related fields. Postgraduate degrees in Personnel Management/HRM or MBA are desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in major events, festivals, film production, or distribution. Experience in HR/Personnel Management is advantageous.
