Position: Bio-Fertilizer Plant Executive
Grade: L
Location: Hazira

Qualification:

• B.Sc. (Microbiology) - 3 Years full-time from a recognized university
• Minimum 60% aggregate marks

Experience (as of June 30, 2024):

• At least 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a Biofertilizer Plant/Microbiological Lab
• Knowledge in microbial consortia development and mass production preferred

Pay Scale:

• Basic pay: Rs. 32,000/- per month
• Industrial DA + Other allowances & benefits
• Salary range: Rs. 32,000/- to Rs. 66,000/-

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee production, quality control of liquid bio-fertilizers per FCO norms, and plant safety.
2. Manage day-to-day activities including procurement, production planning, process setup, QC & QA, culture maintenance, logistics, and maintenance.
3. Collaborate with the team for process, quality, and productivity improvements.
4. Carry out work systematically under the supervision of the Bio-fertilizer plant In-charge.
5. Post analytical results in SAP daily and maintain records and reports.
6. Calibrate analytical instruments.
7. Maintain plant condition, availability of chemicals, instruments, and equipment.
8. Ensure good housekeeping and safe chemical handling.
9. Adhere to safety standards and company guidelines.
10. Ensure fair, ethical, and consistent work practices.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by HOD.
