Engagement Details:

• Duration: One year, extendable for one more year.
• Selection Method: Based on written test and/or interview.

Additional Instructions:

1. Ensure eligibility before applying.
2. Contractual engagement with no provision for regularization.
3. Agreement to be executed on stamp paper worth ₹200.
4. Applications must be a single PDF with Annexure I, educational qualifications, ID proof, experience certificates, and relevant documents.
5. Shortlisted candidates will be informed of the interview date and venue.

Terms and Conditions:

• No allowances or accommodation provided.
• No TA/DA for interviews; travel within the country for official work reimbursed.
• Working hours: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM, with possible extended hours.
• 12 days of leave annually, not carried forward or encashed.
• TDS will be deducted from remuneration.
• Confidentiality of information must be maintained.

Termination Clause:

• Engagement may be terminated with one month’s notice for various reasons including performance issues, integrity concerns, or administrative reasons.
