How to Apply & Instructions:

• Refer to the User Manual and FAQ on www.cochinshipyard.in (Career page → UCSL, Malpe) or www.udupicsl.com (Career page) before filling the application.
• Complete One-Time Registration in the SAP Online portal and submit the application between 02 January 2025 and 31 January 2025. Direct applications or other modes are not accepted.
• Upload all required documents, including:
  • Proof of age, educational qualification, experience, caste, etc.
  • Recent passport-size color photograph.
• Ensure all application details are correctly filled and submitted. Changes are not allowed after submission. Garbage or junk details will lead to rejection.
• Verify that the application status is "In process" in the My Applications section after submission. Incomplete or draft applications will not be considered.
• Retain a soft copy/printout of the submitted application, including the unique registration number, for future reference.
• Do not send printed applications, certificates, or application fees via post to UCSL.
• Submit applications early to avoid website traffic on the last day. No technical support will be provided after 1600 hrs on 31 January 2025.
