Criteria	Details
Age	- Internal: Minimum 45 years with 2 years residual service as of DOV. - Others: Minimum 45 years with 3 years residual service as of DOV. - Superannuation Age: 60 years.
Employment Status	Must be employed in a regular capacity (not contractual/ad-hoc) in: - CPSE: Including full-time functional Directors on the Board. - Central Govt. Group 'A' Officers: Including Armed Forces, All India Services, Public Sector Banks, Financial Institutions, Autonomous Bodies. - SPSE: State Public Sector Enterprises with annual turnover of ₹1500 crore or more. - Private Sector: Companies with annual turnover of ₹1500 crore or more (preference to listed companies).
Qualification	- Graduate with a good academic record from a recognized University/Institute. - Desirable: Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Personnel Management, HR Management, MBA, PGDM/PGPM.
Experience	- At least 5 years of cumulative experience in HR, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations in the last 10 years in a reputed organization.
Pay Scale and Position	- CPSE: Minimum one year in eligible scale for internal candidates, two years for others. - Central Govt. Officers: Joint Secretary level post or equivalent. - Public Sector Banks/Financial Institutions: Board level or immediately below Board level position. - Armed Forces: At least Major General level or equivalent in Navy/Air Force. - SPSE/Private Sector: Board level or immediately below Board level position.

- State PSE CMDs/MDs/Functional Directors: Through the concerned Administrative Secretary and Cadre Controlling Authority of the State Government.
