Submission of Applications

1. Application Format: Applications must be submitted online in the specified format.

2. Eligible Scale of Pay:

   • IDA: Rs. 7250-8250 (Pre 01/01/1992), Rs. 9500-11500 (Post 01/01/1992), Rs. 20,500-26,500 (Post 01/01/1997), Rs. 51,300-73,000 (Post 01/01/2007), Rs. 1,20,000-2,80,000 (Post 01/01/2017)
   • CDA: Rs. 18,400-22,400 (Pre 01/01/1996), Rs. 37,400-67,000 + GP 10,000 (Post 01/01/2006), Rs. 1,44,200-2,18,200 (Level 14) (Post 01/01/2016)

3. Submission through Proper Channel:

   • Group 'A' Central Government Officers (incl. Armed Forces/All India Services): Through Cadre Controlling Authority.
   • Public Sector Banks/Financial Institutions/Autonomous Bodies: Through their Administrative Ministry/Department of the Government of India.
   • CPSE CMDs/MDs/Functional Directors: Through the concerned Administrative Ministry.
   • Below Board Level in CPSE: Through the concerned CPSE.
   • State PSE CMDs/MDs/Functional Directors: Through the concerned Administrative Secretary and Cadre Controlling Authority of the State Government.
   • Below Board Level in SPSE: Through the concerned SPSE.
   • Private Sector: Directly to the PESB.

4. Additional Documents for Private Sector Applicants:

   • Annual Reports of the company for the last 3 financial years (provide URL or attach copies).
   • Proof of whether the company is listed (provide URL or attach copies).
   • Evidence of working at Board level or one level below.
   • Self-attested copies of documents for age and qualifications.
   • Details of relevant jobs handled in the past.
